Creaky floors And light comes through every crack in the door and curtains I need to complete darkness to sleep
Rough location, bugs in room, disaffected staff.
I can't really think of anything
Dirty, drugs everywhere. staff very rude. Smelled liked marijuana everywhere. Homeless people sleeping on property. My neighbor was up all night slamming his door yelling at the sky. When brought up to the front desk not one word was said back to me.
We made it out safe
Didnt like the hotel itself
Rude staff, no breakfast, no bathtub when it was requested, no accommodations made by staff. No pool or hot tub (been broken for 3 years now).
They need to clean better. Especially with the drug users and homeless they let stay there. (My guess is hotel vouchers from the city) my feet were black from walking on the non carpet floor. Surfaces all dirty.
The rooms were very very clean and comfortable. The 1 & only problem was the bathroom sink is mounted very high on the wall. It was rather difficult to reach standing flat footed. I had to stand on my tippy toes to reach the sink.
The pool is open all hours and staff are helpful when you need them.
My mini fridge didnÂ't work and I like my privacy so I just turned it off.
THEY WANTED 100.00 DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN AND IT DIDNT LIST THAT ON THE COMFORMATION
The only thing this place has going for it is the location.
I made a 4 night reservation commecning Thanksgiving day. I needed to add Thanksgiving Eve, but at checkin was told I would have to vacate room until 3pm the next day so housekeeping could clean. When I returned at 3pm the room had not been touched.
I can afford it and the staff is laid back
I still have not received the $100 security deposit..
Easy in & out
Staff and homeless camping adjacent to & on property
