They were so kind to my dog n I like we hadn’t seen before arriving here to be put on the streets again!! I’m hoping to be there again real soon and didn’t want to leave n they treated us with the best love!!

That I couldn’t stay with my baby dog because this is our 3rd state homeless together and the staff was very understanding for once on our almost 2 month of homelessness!!!!!! Thanks so much for protecting my baby girl Luna!!!!!!

Front desk person at check in was not pleasant and a little rude. Hotel had a lot of remodeling going on and construction materials were everywhere, including down all hallways.

Everything about this place is a joke. They didnt want to give us a receipt for our 50 deposit, and they argued with us, we made her call the manager, and the manager told her to give us a receipt. Guests can only have 1 towel and until you take the dirty one up to the desk then they will replace it. There was dirty hand prints on the walls. The halls had dirt and garbage on the carpet. Their walkways are unsafe for older people because they are remodeling and it's easy to trip.
