The gal at the desk was nice.

The bed was so uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring, not a mattress. It’s not hyperbole. Worst night of sleep ever. Also, you can hear everything in every room on either side and above, including what sounded like a mouse in the ceiling. Rm 121

This is a well used hotel that has made a good effort. Comfortable king bed, "hardwood" floors, fridge and blow drier in the room, pump hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, plenty of towels. For the price this is a great value. I have stayed here twice now and will return!

Incredibly nice staff at front desk and they honored my request for a quiet room away from freeway, ice machine, etc. Room was extremely clean with comfy bed and good shower. It’s four-story building so I really appreciated they had luggage carts which is unheard of at this price point.
Negatives:
I really like having a coffee pot in my room rather than going down to the lobby before I’m awake.

The fire alarm started going off around 1 am. It was horrible. Rushed out of the hotel room with my dog and waiting for the fire department. After they “reset” it. It went off again. Absolutely a nightmare of a night. Didn’t feel as safe as a solo female
