Room floors were so dirty, sink was leaking, fridge was not working properly, after 3 days ( our stay was 11 days) we asked for room to be clean and refresh and we were told that they only clean the rooms on Saturdays and Wednesday ( we ask on a sunday). So they refuse to clean out our room and we had to wait until Wednesday. The leaking sink was never address to be fix or they didn't move us rooms, it leaked every time we used it. Beds were so hard and they moved every time you would get on them. It's just a horrible experience overall.

Bed and room where ok, air conditioner worked well. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Openly drug use at the parking, and even from the receptionist in the evening. This is NOT OK! He was clearly under influence and could not even answer my question.
Room was only (half) cleaned once during a stay of 5 days. The shampoo and shower gel was empty at the second day, and stayed empty until we left...
Some other guests were using drugs on the parking, it never gave a safe feeling as a guest.

Would highly recommend. We travelled from England to visit the Davis Monthan Airshow and this suited us nicely. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and exceptional value for money. Would definitely stay here on our next trip over.

Positives:
We booked here after reading multiple reviews about people’s clean and comfortable stays here following some updates or management changes. Justin, who checked us in, was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean—sheets, floors, bathroom, etc—and appeared to have been recently updated. The floors are linoleum, which I personally prefer in to carpet in hotels since I feel like it’s easier to clean. I felt safe in the location and slept well. There is a feed of security cameras in the lobby. The motel is right by the highway if that is important to you. We stayed on the front side of the building, and the noise didn’t bother me at all (though I’m not hypersensitive to traffic sounds). Overall, disproportionate value for your money. I’d definitely stay here again.
