Negatives: When I checking into my room my room phone didn't even have a plug in to call out lucky I had a phone and also smelled like smoke try to call right away about 7 time no one Answered.

Negatives: The staff and managment have horrible customer service skills and they we're absolutely the worst hospitality staff I have come across in years. The rooms are dirty and the bathrooms cant not even be spoken for. The whole hotwl should be renovated
