Negatives: Husband disappointed the spa was not working. The jets would not come on. First night hard to sleep due to the air conditioner was loud.

Positives: The location is good in that it is only about 2.5 miles from I-10. The property is very pleasant, especially the pool area - lots of palm trees and pretty shrubs. The breakfast was good and a person could eat inside or on the patio, a nice feature.

Negatives: The check-in staff were talking with each other when I walked up. Neither one greeted me and the young man who assisted me was waiting for his co-worker to finish talking. Maybe she was his supervisor. He was efficient in the check-in process, but did not offer much information....such as where I should park, if breakfast was served and what time. I had to ask about those items. When I got to my room, there were used towels on the bathroom floor. I took a photo and went back to the front desk. They gave me another room, but I had to wait about 5-10 minutes.

Positives: Everything! The breakfast was fantastic. The room was everything that I expected and more, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, not too hard or soft.

Negatives: The one and only thing that I could say that I didn't like is that the oatmeal was too watery, but there were many toppings to put on it.
