Was under renovation at front and pool was closed. We were in room 119 and noise from room above and stairs was extremely annoying. In breakfast room counters were too narrow to balance plates while getting breakfast

Positives:
Good location. Very friendly, helpful and prompt staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Negatives:
The quality of breakfast. Scrambled eggs don’t have the taste of eggs (more like something chemical). Coffee is like water - yes, it is dark, but that’s it.

Positives:
The people were nice and courteous. The extra bed was there as well.
Negatives:
The beds were rock. Did not get an ounce of sleep. It was so horrible. The decent breakfast does not make up for the atrocious beds.

Positives:
The location is a 3 minute drive from the Grand Canyon Railroad Depot, which we rode to the south rim of the canyon. The breakfast at the Quality Inn was great.
Negatives:
I don’t have any complaints! On this trip we have driven around 5,000 miles, We have stayed at 5 Quality Inn’s on our adventures and this particular property is among the best of the best.

Right off the 40, easy to get to, good price, decent, clean, free breakfast
Negatives:
On the bathroom mirror it stated Housekeeping would not come in the room unless asked however the first day they came in. I contacted the front desk and was told they come in to provide new towels, however they also made the beds and took soap not leaving any new soap. When going to front desk was totally ignored by staff who was on the phone. Staff was poorly dressed and hygiene needed attention. Very poor customer service

Coffee pot in room did not work. Exterior security door did not lock. Desk chair height adj. Was broken, chair at bottom. Room door did not close right, had to work at getting dead bolt to engage.
