nothing. The level of dirty, towels dirty, the whole room was dirty with dog footprints on the walls, dogs food under the bathroom cabinet and on the bathroom.
Negatives:
First for the check in is only one guy and he gives you one room key and that’s it. no other rule paper, map from the hotel rooms. when we got to our room IT WAS DIRTY. super dirty. towels dirty luckily I brought my own towels from home. There was dog food every where in the room and dog footprints on the walls. The room floor was SUPER dirty as well. -19graus and the AC wasn’t getting the temperature we set, we got sick from the cold of the room. fridge didn’t work.
I call reception and they told me they only could change room but will be the same. the worst experience I had in my life. we got there already at night and was snowing so we couldn’t go anywhere else.
horrible, don’t recommend NO ONE to stay.
