Negatives: I booked this reservation because it had breakfast included, and then I was told there was no breakfast available and since I had three children with me and two other adults, we did not practice breakfast and it was a very frustrating warning for the little ones and for us as well because we were trying to get them situatedand since that was the key factor booking, there was the breakfast included. It really started out our day horribly.

Negatives: Room was filthy pubes everywhere room had a stink to it. Paid $64 for room online only to be charged an additional 130 when I got there. 2 min later turned back in keys cause room was disgusting and was told no refund so I lost 200 dollars
