No one on property at 3:00 check-in. I was on motorcycle after 15 miles of hail and rain. Bags on bike getting soaked and when girl arrived by car, said, “It was only 10 minutes”. But it was 20 minutes since I arrived and rang the bell. Had to find a phone number behind the desk to call. Then the retaliated by charging my credit card $250 saying I smoked in the room, damaged a table and there were noise complaints about me from other guests. Hehe. I was solo and haven’t smoked in 12 years. Properly put the phone on counter for 19 minutes when I called to find out what the charge was for. Never answered afterward. Shower fixture stripped about to fall off and nearly impossible and surely unsafe to get proper temperature without burning with scolding hot water.

Breakfast is included into the price. A pancake machine is also available. The city is very charming. The historical route 66 traverses the city. Lots of gift shops, a big supermarket, free museums, train to the Grand Canyon. Good gas stations.

The jacuzzi was below our room, and its ventilation caused a big noise. Always.

It was run down. Our room was dirty. They gave us one washcloth and one hand towel for two people.

We called the property 4-5 times the day of our stay to let them know we’d be checking in late and they never picked up. We went to the front office before our event in Williams to let them know in person instead, and no one was in the front office except another confused guest. We ended up having to make alternative arrangements for the night because we didn’t know if we’d actually have a room. They called back later in the evening, but it was too late, so we never actually stayed here.

No microwave, no hair dryer, no ice for two days. For the price per night I was very disappointed at this hotel, I should have carefully checked the list of their amenities. I requested one at the desk, I was told that some rooms have a microwave and some don’t, so I was told to warm up our food in the lobby. At 7:10pm wanted to wash up after dinner and there’s no water, checked at the desk. I was told that they have a plumber working on it, should be back on again in 10 to 15 minutes. It was about 8:25pm when water came back on.
