No elevator. Very difficult for older people or those with handicaps. Should have been noted in the hotel description of amenities.

Location was excellent right off the interstate, felt like a safe location. Breakfast was ok, nothing remarkable to report. Lobby was clean.

Price was very high for the value we received for a basic hotel room.

All the noise, me and my family couldnt sleep at all first night, we dont frequent hotels much and we live in the countryside where theres no noise. Going forward will ask for room away from freeway any hotel we go to, the jake brakes and straight piped crotch rockets in this area are not lacking thats for darn sure.

Sorry, I am short and heavy so the beds are too high and too soft. My husband was just fine. Other than that we like to stay at Holiday Inn Express.
