I liked how close it was to restaurants. The bed was comfy.

I didn’t like that they just upgraded my room without asking me. I don’t care if it was only 4 dollars more. If I had wanted to pay the extra 4 dollars than that’s the room I would’ve booked from the start. I don’t know if the was the manager or owner who did it but I could barely understand anything he said to me, the lady at the desk had to translate almost all of it for me. I didn’t like that their pool was nasty and dirty, I had wanted to swim and booked a hotel with a pool in the hopes of swimming. I also didn’t like that I was told the room cost one price but got charged more than that. I get that most hotels charge a fee too but it would’ve been nice to have been told that instead of just being charged for it without knowing first. It was just a holding fee that I got back but still, I don’t like when I feel like hotels are being sneaky.

It is a very old facility. There were holes in the bedspread, the shower handle only allowed a very small range of movement, breakfast was very limited, no cups of any sort in the room, no clock and no way to make coffee. I'm in another Wyndham tonight which is $10.00 cheaper and much more appealing.

The location was great for us right off the highway. I liked that they held my room due to my late arrival. I was stuck in nearby traffic behind a truck accident.
Negatives:
I didn't like that there was no coffee maker in the room. The vending machines were out of order. The bed comforter was extremely thin. I didn't like that they put a additional $25 deposit hold on my credit card until after I checked out and they inspected the room. I wasn't happy with my room location as people could see right into the room from the street when I open the door.
