The pool, my room location right by the elvator, my room. I liked the fruit offerings at breakfast. The egg omlets were good. The biscuits were goid.
Negatives:
There are no "C" charging in the room.. I didn't have a Blick charger with me, so I couldn't charge my phone. The AC didn't work. The food prep area in the room didn't have enough lighting. When I got to breakfast at 8:30, most of the food was gone. Breakfast had another hour, till 9:30. No pancake mix for the pancake machine, the Oatmeal well was empty, no yogurt, no sausage links, very little gravy left. I would expect to see that at 9:20ish, but not an hour before the end of breakfast.

Just an average hotel. It was clean & convient to get to off the freeway.

Breakfast on w/e is later than during week. Because we needed to leave early we could not partake of breakfast. Time should be the same for all days as we were not aware the time was later on w/e.

I travel frequently. Not only did they not have the room grade I booked, they gave me a key that opened up a room already occupied! I walked in to a couple on the bed….. yeah. That bad. That is a first for me. The security concerns and privacy violation is inexcusable. How does that even happen?

No towels when we got out of the pool. We had to go to the room soak and wet the floors and elevator was soaked. Breakfast ladies were rude for no reason and always complaining to each other.
