Most of the staff were very good, helpful, and respectful. The room was decent for what I paid for it.

When I checked it they gave me a different room than what I had booked but I was good with that. The manager is a big problem. Hewill call and text repeatedly trying to sell his rate and a deal that would actually cost me more. Hotel is worth ---$ a night

Cigarette smoke came down from bathroom vent from occupant upstairs. Attendant said she would spray for it, unacceptable. Nothing was offered or done for us. I will be corresponding with owners, Property also needs major work to update itrooms priced too high

The room was disgusting. The room smelled and was completely filthy. The bathroom didnt have tiles by the tub. The floor was uneven due to being flooded before. The room smelled of mold. The chair by the bed was so stained, I wouldnt let my worst enemy sit there.
The owner claimed that he couldnt help us due to the reservation being thru booking. He knew the room was this filthy and tried to make excuses.
