Our “non-smoking” room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, there were burn marks on one of the coverlets, the free “breakfast” was a choice between two types of granola bars, the refrigerator was rusty, the floors turned our socks dark grey, and the wi-fi was so weak I was unable to do the work I had intended on doing during my stay. It was WAY overpriced for what we got. I’ve had good experiences in the past with Super 8 hotels, but this location was definitely not in the same league as the others.

I forgot my DL in the office when I checked in, and the next day, they ran after me, thinking we were leaving to make sure I got it back.

We needed a rollaway bed for our daughter. I had messaged the hotel to see if there would be an additional charge since the price online said it included everything. The message I received didn't mention the extra bed, but said everything was included. When we arrived, the lady at the desk was going to charge me for the extra bed. While I was trying to find the message about it, she offered a double room at the original price. That was even better for us. However, the key card lock wasn't working so a worker had to let us into the room. In all, they tried to make it work, and we were fine.

It was fairly clean and the area was ok.

The bed was horrible. It felt like sleeping on a box spring and every time we moved we could hear the springs creaking very uncomfortable! It was poorly remodeled by a 9 year old I think if we accidently came near the bed bed frame which was made of tin it sounded king a gong going off.

The location, room and facilities were great. Room appeared to be newly remodeled. The motel was pet friendly and affordable, which was a plus.
Negatives:
I was very disappointed once we woke up after our first night to find that the "breakfast" was literally Nature Valley granola bars and one pitcher of orange juice. It was far from "breakfast." At least offer cereal, yogurt, pastries etc so that it can be a continental breakfast.
