Positives:
Found several house roaches coming from behind the desk and refrigerator. When we called the front desk to complain I was put on the phone with the manager and pretty much told we had to of brought them with us because they exterminate monthly.

The attendant at checkin was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
One curtain panel was hanging on only one hook and was not operational. There were two sets of thick curtains but it just made it look bad. There were also two black latex gloves on the windowsill.
Positives:
The first time we stayed here was during COVID and they had breakfast to go. This was our second time staying here. And we had many options for breakfast. And it was always fresh and hot and the staff was extremely friendly.
Negatives:
The only thing I would have liked to see was the pool actually working? It has never worked a few times we've stayed there.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay here! The staff were wonderful - very kind and accommodating. Pet-friendly, quiet, spotlessly clean room, free hot breakfast, and gorgeous hillside view. We will definitely be back!

Pool closed, room had dirty towels from last tenant, black mold in bathroom, barely cold ac, tv volume had a MINIMUM?? I used to come here with my aunt and uncle when I was young. It has gone downhill A LOT!!

Coffee pot in the room. Definitely not a deal breaker, though. We drink a lot of coffee. Oh, and the pool was closed.
