Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed in room 100, right next to reception, but I couldn’t get the wifi anywhere in my room except for sometimes if I stood in one corner, or sat on the toilet.
The hotel is rough around the edges.

This was a good place to stay. We were in town for a ball tournament and would stay again. It's right down the road from the City of Colleges ballparks.
Negatives:
It can be hard to get in or out with traffic, though. Breakfast was good, but could be better. Not many drink choices at breakfast, though.

Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only stay one night as we were traveling thru. Did not have breakfast, as Waffle House is right next door.
