Positives:
All my interactions with staff were stellar. Visiting from Atlanta where customer service is very lackluster, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and great southern hospitality. The room was clean and well stocked. There was ample parking. And the location was perfect - located across from Walmart, within a 2-min drive to several restaurants, and right off the interstate.
Negatives:
The hotel was difficult to find as it’s located behind another hotel in a cluster of hotels with no signage.
