Dirty, shower did not work, found roaches in room.

I liked leaving and not coming back. If I could get my money back I would. Came home with about 3 hours of sleep after my last night there.
Negatives:
This place has gone down hill since my last visit. there homeless people everywhere, the parking lot had 3 different folks sleeping in their cars, there was folks partying and drinking till 5 am. there were folks wandering around looking in vehicles all night. I was woken up twice with bugs crawling on my body, in addition, there were cockroaches under the desk, and in the bathroom. The breakfast was an absolute joke, We were hungry and my wife walks with a cane and we still opted to walks across the street for breakfast, yes it was that bad. I'll be back next year but will not be staying there..I'm sad to say but it was not work the cost for the days we stayed there.

The air conditioning was able to keep up even with it being over 100. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

I haven't gotten my deposit back yet and the room was dirty burn holes in blankets in a mom smoke room
