The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great room was nice and bed was comfortable.

The TV was horrible. It wouldn’t have sound until you unplugged and plugged it back in. The screen was distorted and off color. We were in our room a lot because of timing so this was a problem

The Location was great! Every Member of the staff was exceptional, kind and courteous (shout out at the front desk and also to the lady that works the Breakfast Buffet, wow she is a hard worker). Highly Recommend this hotel!!

The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful.

I rate beds in the hotels and this one just was not comfortable to me at all. It seemed hard and lumpy. I would give it a seven.
Also mold in tub calking. I reported it and they were very appreciative to know.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast very good.

The receptionists, both at check in and check out were very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast area is roomy and comfortable with a well stocked choice of breakfast foods.

I like my room cool and when I walked into my room it was 67 just like I like it. Also the room looked modern and I loved that it was a suite. I like that it wasn't a full size comforter on my bed. What I mean by full size is that it wasn't a thick comforter. It was just right.

Good breakfast and friendly staff and breakfast area attendant. Facility was clean and convenient to I-40, so overall a great overnight stay experience.

I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and they put me in a top floor, corner unit which was perfect! Everything was comfortable, clean, and worked.
Negatives:
The Little Ceaser's semi idling in the parking lot below my window for a full 6 hours wasn't ideal. It was there when I checked in at 4pm then didn't leave until just after 10pm. It was loud and I'm not sure why he needed to be there with the engine on for a whole day.
