This property has had a major roof leak/ flooding and has been horribly repaired or not at all in some areas…
Huge stains on room ceilings, wallpaper peeling loose all down the hallways, door to the parking broken so you had to walk waay around…it made my stay feel like I was in a rat trap… I never review but this was not acceptable.

The room was only surface clean- old fries and crumbs in the sofa cushions - hide a bed was really gross
Old corn and food under the cabinets in the kitchenette
Pool was cloudy- but plenty of towels and good set up

Bathroom door was stuck, according to housekeeper is a common thing, had to switch rooms, the second room the main door got stuck when locked, definitely a fire violation among other things. Bathroom definitely wasn't cleaned correctly.

Thermostat in first room did not work properly but we asked for another room and they accommodated us with another room and it was just fine.
