Negatives: The room was very old and not clean. Your front office staff were very rude and acted as if we had disturbed them when we arrived. Wouldnt even look up from the desk when she would talk to us and got irritated when we asked for an extra blanket.

Negatives: Bed was not firm. Mold in shower.

Negatives: Uncomfortable bed,small marshmallow pillows, and only 3.

Negatives: there was no maintenance or manager on duty

Negatives: Cleanliness. Fake eyelashes on floor in bathroom. Mold in shower. Rusted light in bathroom. Desk chair with brown stains looked like pee stains. Pool nice for kids but tile around pool super slippery.

Negatives: The room air conditioner never really cooled the room down. My husband had to sleep at the foot of the bed to get some air. The heavy black lady, when I asked her for a Hilton bag that had water in it, she told me I come come around the corner to get it, Even though she was closer to the bags, so a light skin woman handed me the bag. The other woman was very short and not friendly at all, I have never experienced this at all here. Then, every time I request the first floor now I never get it, even though I reserved my room way ahead of time. Last, there were nasty red balls or some kind of residue between the quilt and the sheet at the foot of the bed. I had to shake it out. This caused me to be uncomfortable my whole stay, knowing the comforter was unclean. I will not be staying here again and will go to the Hilton Gardens, where I also stay a lot.

Negatives: Nothing!

Negatives: I did not like the fact that we had to pay $75 for our pet thats a ridiculous amount especially when we weee told it was for a cleaning fee the rooms were not that clean to begin with

Negatives: Pool was gross. Room had 1 towel. Terrible bedding and not nearly enough linens. The bed was just really uncomfortable and I think there were bed bugs. My kids and I have multiple unidentifiable bites and had to sanitize luggage.
