I really liked the way it was set up and divided from the living room area and bedroom
I very much enjoyed the whirlpool tub. It was great to relax and unwind from a long days work.
Negatives:
I had to check out a day early for work and it was an hour long wait just for the front desk worker to come to the front. Even though I was calling and the housekeeping staff called for her. And there was an issue with reimbursement for the night I was checking out early. I paid cash at check in for the entire stay but they didn't have the cash to give it back. So She said she would send it to the card I had on file. I was supposed to get the nights stay and the $50 down payment back. I finally got the $ for the night after 3 weeks but never recieved the down payment back. That was the ONLY complaint I had. Will stay again but not pay in cash. Card only!!!

Negatives:
I was under the impression that I had selected a handicapped accessible room but we were out on the third floor in one of the rooms that was farthest from the elevator. My mom uses a walker and was extremely inconvenient to have her walk that far. It is one thing to not have the room I thought I had requested. But to have them give us such a far away room when he saw my mom come in with a walker seemed extremely unprofessional. My sister also stayed and they were provided with a very close room on the first floor, and they checked in an hour after us
