La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Conway

Negatives: The fact that a guest was allowed to pay $100 to occupy the pool all day Saturday. It was like a white trash family reunion. I’ve never experienced anything so ghetto. There were ppl who literally looked like they hadn’t bathed in years in the pool from early Saturday morning until after 10 at night, at least 12 hours.

Negatives: The towels all had stains on them. The TV was missing its remote. The front desk wasn't very helpful. Wouldn't add my reward number to our rooms. Said she couldn't. Which seems strange Every other place we stayed at added it without any problem. She seemed very tired..And really didn't seem willing to help.

Negatives: Breakfast dust unclean smells heater broke main door was not even tight could see out threw door closed

Negatives: The bathroom and room in general looked as if it hadn't been clean just rushed tossed sheets... my 4 year old pulled a ton of blonde hair out of the air conditioner. Mirror in bathroom had dust at the top ... Public hair in bath tubs. Staff seemed visibly irritated arguing with management about other workers not cleaning.

Negatives: Very filthy. Over priced for such an unclean place.

Negatives: I didn’t like anything

Negatives: For one they double charged me and did not try to figure out why. I did not like that the bathrooms did not have any ventilation, so a hot shower was really challenging for my kids and I. The tub had slight mold in the corner of it and the shower curtain had an odor. I also did not like that they didn’t have a laundry area like other hotels, so I had to take my daughter’s uniform to a laundromat the next morning.

Negatives: The room was cleaned, okay, but please check the bedding. It's coming undone. The hallway carpets need to be cleaned throughly and clean the outdoors awning. The noise was my biggest complaint, guest running in the halls, loud talking, and the constant banging on the door. This was by far my worst stay in Conway.

Negatives: Leaking sink, wrong room wanted first floor and none were clean at checkin even with days notice was told when one come available would change rooms never changed rooms, remote no back on it only had like five channels to watch that weren't infomercials, breakfast was leftovers daily, room "cleaned" once in a four day stay, only given one bar of soap for four people for four days it was the size of a large peppermint, long stray hairs on the towels. Holes and tears in the towels which we only had a total of seven over a four day period and only four washcloths, floorboards lifting in bathroom, no water pressure, all the floors in the hallway and stairs were filthy and stained, elevator wasn't working properly, fridge wasn't cold, air conditioner vents broken, exposed rusted rebar in parking blocks that could destroy vehicles if they pull up to them. Exposed rusted metal all along the flower beds that are a trip hazard, overpriced concessions that aren't priced to begin with and you don't find out how much they are till you ask, no one answers the front desk when you call from your room, missing microwave plate so couldn't heat food up. Really shouldn't have the coffee maker in the bathroom no one wants to drink bathroom coffee. There are many other things I'm sure, but these are just the ones I can name off the top of my head.
