What concerned me most was safety. On my second day, a homeless individual was inside the hotel and approached me asking for money, then followed me outside toward the entrance. When I returned around 1:30 AM another night, I saw the same individual walking around the back of the property, which made me feel unsafe. Parking is very limited, and I had to park in the back of the hotel the first night, which added to my concerns about both personal and vehicle safety. On departure day, someone knock on my door very early in the morning and then got on the elevator.

For our plans, the location was great. The room appeared clean. The staff was nice and went out of their way to try and accommodate us.
Negatives:
The AC, although running for hours, did not keep the room cool. It was over 75 degrees at night when the AC was running on full blast all afternoon, evening, and night. Our family members changed rooms multiple time to try to find a cool room with no luck. The staff tried to help (by relocating rooms and providing a box fan) but ultimately couldn't fix the problem. The morning we left I spotted roaches in our room.
