The room was extremely dated. We had a single queen bed room that was very cramped. It also had a connecting door to neighboring room. We didn’t realize that until we were in the room. Not something we liked. Also, we had to give a $100 refundable deposit on top of our booked room as we booked through a third party (Bookings).

Room was dirty. Floors, bedding, pillows. Shower didn't work. We rented a pet room, which was more than the regular room. When we arrived, they charged me $40 in addition to to $30 extra. So the room cost double a regular room. It's the first time this ever happened, then a dirty room. Dog licking off the floor!

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. We will never stay here again.
Negatives:
Had to transfer to another room (no fault of ours). Faulty wiring in smoke alarm causing buzzer not to turn off. Beds in new room, lumpy and bumpy. Fridge had a LOUD buzzing noise and our window was right behind BK drive up window, whereby we could hear loud engines and cars.
