Person at desk didn't know how to run my card as payment so I had to get cash to pay for my stay I made online reservations for. The rooms were dirty. They smelled like mildew and the furniture looked like it had been found on the side of the road and was rotting from water damage. I wish I took pictures.

My husband and myself came to Eureka Springs to elope... We fell in love with this hotel. The rooms, the pictures don't do them justice. Absolutely beautiful! The nice gentleman that runs the place is just a lovely soul. He gave us nice little tips on where to eat and what to see. We got to enjoy a nice fire by the deck area on our wedding night, it was dreamy. We can't wait to come back, we hate to leave.

We did have to kill a spider, however we are in the middle of the woods on a mountain lol.

The shower didn’t want to work , and the shower head itself was hanging out of the wall!! There was garbage and socks left from previous guest !
Floor in bathroom couldn’t have been cleaned , my daughter placed a towel down so she wouldn’t slip on the floor . After picking it up It was filthy , (this was just after her getting out one time ).
They also showed breakfast , but there was none .
