Positives:
It was close to the sites I wanted to visit in Fort Smith and the staff was polite and helpful.
Negatives:
There were no cups in the room! You could go get ice, but then nothing to put the ice in when you wanted to pour a drink. There was also a large unsightly table and broken sheet rock in the middle of a walkway that I'd rather not have seen.

The rooms looked nice and updated. The bed was comfortable and the TV in the room worked well with many channels to watch.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the room was the biggest issue. I had a towel with a big yellow stain on it, the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while, and the bed sheets had stains on them. My room was facing the main street which was loud and woke me up a few times

Fast check in and rooms were recently remodeled and nice. Bed was comfortable.

I had lost power at my residence so I scrambled to find a place to stay.

This place took my money from my account which is what I expected. When I arrived he had to see my dl. I complied. Then the guy there wanted more than thirty dollars cash only. Even tho he requested more money when I left to go to ATM he refused to let

It was a very nice location

Their lobby was closed. I fell in the hotel room and broke my arm. I had to have family come 8 hours from St. Louis to get me. Since the lobby was closed, I stayed in my hotel room Between 3 and 4 hours past check out time. They forced me to pay for another day. Even though I was there only 4 hours extra and was gone by 2. They had no sympathy, and in my opinion, made a bad situation worse.
