Furnishings were outdated, stained, and uncomfortable. Needed to have a sofa in the sitting area instead of two very uncomfortable chairs. Room 106, and I expect others, are in dire need of renovation and update.

Breakfast was ok. I like the biscuits and gravy. The coffee was good. Bed was comfy.

The service wasnt too great. The air conditioning didnt work. We have to move 3 different times. Well not worth the $210 that was spent.

clean, room layout was perfect, it was close to Fort Smith, enjoyed outdoor swimming

Toilet leaked and soaked my bag. I went to front desk and Was told they would take care of me when I came to town next. I called them and the manager, McKenzie, was rude. Cut me off mid sentence multiple times and then told me they cant do anything.
