Positives:
Have stayed several times at location. Location great. Desk staff very polite. Cleaners were nice. Room not usual side of building on previous stays.Room was clean, no bugs ( a very big plus)had clean towels, clean bed and bedding. Floors clean. Bathroom was clean. Coffee pot and coffee in room. Hair dryer worked.Cable tv worked.Air and heat worked. Overall stay was good. Not the Ritz but not as costly either. Paying for a place to sleep while vacationing staying in room not our goal.
Negatives:
Refrigerator had frosted over not cooling. Unable to use while there. Lamp by bed was plugged behide bed and not working until I moved bed and replugged in cord. Told desk clerk when leaving. At other times didn't have these issues . Things do happen.
