Breakfast was good . Rooms were decent and staff was nice too.

Tv and remote were not working. The carpets had bubble gum stick. The staff since TV remote is not working and for the inconvenience they offer me a free night of stay which they havent send yet.

What I best liked about our stay was comfortable bed , safe environment and the staff. These three things are very important to me when traveling. Your front desk staff person have been a great help and source of info on the area.

From the time we pulled into the parking area to the moment we left, our stay was EXCEPTIONAL! Staff wonderful, kind, helpful. The entire area was breath taking!
Every time we go back we will be staying at Laquinta Hot Springs Ark.

Breakfast was not good. If my husband throws away food I know its bad. I dont understand how a hotel can have so much rust. It definitely needs an update. Cleanliness is also lacking. Pool needed cleaned, bed skirts need cleaned.
