The place is clean. Price was reasonable. Full size beds a bit small for 2. Fridge nice n cold. Location is good. Staff very friendly. Pool.
Negatives:
3 squad cars responding to domestic violence call after 9 pm on back side of building, where there appears to be longterm tenants. Wish they'd put us in a room on front of building by pool (it was "more", but lots of empty rooms that our request should have been honored.

Convenient, clean, and reasonable.
Positives:
We were able to take breakfast with us (muffins, b'fast burritos, etc.) & waffles were available. Proximity to downtown Hot Springs was great. Pool was nice. Hotel staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking.
Negatives:
I should have requested non-smoking area or asked if one was available. Something in the room or maybe coming through the a/c seemed to make me very congested in the mornings. Perhaps the cigarette smoke from people smoking outside the rooms near us.
In the shower the curtain wasn't long enough to contain the water from showering.

The AC did not cool well and the walls are thin. We could hear the TV from the room next to us and the running of a toddler above us.

This is an older property in the older section of the city and not near the attractions. The parking lot is not well maintained. Breakfast was mostly heat and eat.

they moved us rooms when their bathroom ceiling was falling in and flooding.
Negatives:
they charged me a second time and more then what I paid thru booking. com originally. i had originally reserved two rooms but somehow they removed the second reservation, so my family of 6 was squashed for a whole week into one small room. made it thru that but the double charge is my biggest issue. we’ve always chose red roof inn while in Hot Springs but we won’t be back.
