It was all very disappointing compared to 2 years ago when I stayed there.

The room was dirty. My dogs were dragging candy from under the bed. I was hoping nothing that would hurt them was under there. Cobwebs. Dirty floors. I had to take pictures of damage to carpet and doors so that I wouldnt be charged for it.

The woman who checked us in was excellent. Genuinely kind, got us checked in right away, answered any questions we had.
Negatives:
For lack of a better word this place was a DUMP. The kind of place you pray you dont get bed bugs (we did not). The popcorn walls in the bathroom were crumbling apart, there was a hole in the ceiling, and there was MOLD all throughout the bathrooms walls and ceiling. The seat of the office chair in the room was shredded there was no fabric on it, just foam exposed and coming out. The carpet was so old and worn it had holes in it. It had been cleaned by the cleaning staff as best as it could but the entire room and building for that matter needs to be completely redone. I stayed here one night with my two young children while we were passing through on a road trip, and I was so hesitant of letting them even touch the floor it was so gross. If I had known the conditions of this place I would have never stayed, I feel robbed at $130/night plus taxes and fees. This was the only hotel with availability that night otherwise I would have never stayed. Extremely disappointed and I feel bad that the staff has to work in such a deplorable building.
