I applied for a smoking room an they told me I couldn't have one

They took my deposit for a hole that was in the wall before I got there and the people next door to us were fighting all night so loud it sounded like they were coming through the wall into our room

Everything it was nasty when we got there they didn't clean our room the whole time we were there

The hotel is in a questionable area, and the local traffic keeps the hotel a bit run down. If local patronage were cutout and enough time and effort were put into this property it would move up stars quickly, property has potential.

I had to wipe with napkins they ran out of tissue I killed three spiders one in the room two in the tub and my son was afraid to shower after seeing these black spiders

Everything was run down, and the pool didn't look to be open for years. The AC in the halls didn't work. The milk and apple juice at breakfast was bad. The fruit at breakfast was old, and the chairs in the rooms were nasty
The fire sprinkler and alarm system was litterlybtaped together. The phone in the room had something (no clue what) on it. The curtains were shredded .
The plumber under our sink was held together with a plastic bag!
The outside hasn't had any attention in years!
It is run-down trash heap.

Dirty, stinky, stains all over, bugs in room. Most of facilities like pool were shutdown even in front lobby no AC working. Not maintained properly at all.
