The outside doors were not setup to accept your room card to get into the building. So you had to walk all the way around to get to the front for breakfast and anything else you may have needed.

I liked that the hotel was directly off the interstate other than that there was zero things to like about this disgusting hotel.
Negatives:
The room was dirty, urine on the bathroom floor and toilet seat when my husband went and complained about it they told him it must have been the maintenance guy that came in to fix the Air conditioner before we got there even though the said air conditioner never worked the entire time we were there. Not to mention they didn't bother sending anyone to clean the urine they left it up to us. The cash deposit was supposed to be $50 they charged us $100 for us and $60 for my chiweenie who is house broken and well behaved with the promise that it was all 100% refundable at the end of our visit. Well at the time of our departure not only did we only get $50 of the $160 promised to be returned but then they also charged my debit another $70 after we had been checked out for more than 5 hours. When we asked to speak with the manager they told us that the manager would side with them and told my husband good luck. I want my money back and I want it back ASAP. We only stayed at that hotel because we didn't realize that the area was all gang affiliated and dangerous but that it was only five minutes from the hospital where my newborn Grandson was fighting for his life due to his mom being a drunk and giving him fetal alcohol syndrome and that was hard enough to deal with and then to deal with this hotel basically stealing from us also it is just not ok and I'm pursuing charges if it is not corrected in a timely fashion.
