Negatives:
No reservations despite confirmation with booking ID number of date change. NOT a handicapped room and only one king bed in lieu of Two queen as booked. Has to pay again and no way to speak with booking . Com staff. Very difficult, traveling with handicapped individual and hitting these obstacles.
