Negatives: Paid because it said it had a pool . It was broke.

Negatives: Fix the pool ( it was super cold), and add pancake or waffle station to breakfast bar. Fix juice machines.

Negatives: Had my daughter with me this trip and this hotel was only hotel I could find with an indoor pool, I loved that! Helped pass time just wish the water was little warmer!

Negatives: I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Little Rock, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered rude staff members initially, which was off-putting. However, I must acknowledge that the Second Lady I interacted with was much more pleasant. Despite arriving just 15 minutes before the designated check-in time of 3:00 PM, I was informed that my room would not be available until an hour later at 4:00 PM. This delay in providing accommodation is unacceptable and reflects poor management of guest expectations. The breakfast offerings were underwhelming, consisting of only eggs and microwave sausage patties. A lack of variety and quality in breakfast options can significantly impact a guest's overall satisfaction with their stay. In terms of room amenities, I found the bed to be uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, the floors in the bathroom appeared dirty and neglected, suggesting a lack of proper cleaning maintenance. Furthermore, the size of the room itself was notably small, which may have contributed to a feeling of discomfort during my stay.

Negatives: The pool was ice cold when we went down to go swimming and it wasn’t closed, not sure what was going on with that since there were no signs posted saying we couldn’t swim.

Negatives: Cost more this time than last time we stayed, but we’ll chalk that up to Brandon.

Negatives: Hotel rooms need comfortable chairs - had only a bench and a desk chair.

Negatives: The door to our room looked like it had been broken into.
