The room had a moldy musty odor the blessing was heavily stained on both beds. The breakfast was mid. And I could not get any response from the front desk to help with these problems

We had an adjoining room where our neighbors were smoking all night. The smoke was coming into our room from under the adjoining door and partying loudly. I had to place a towel under the door but it not keep the smoke out. We were able to move rooms

There was never anyone at the front desk, to assist or ask questions, I called the front desk from the room, and was put on hold and no one ever came back. I went down to the front desk twice and waited with other for at least 30 mins no one ever showed,
