The location is right in the heart of downtown. It is close to a major highway, restaurants, and public transportation.

Overall the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately it wasn't well vacuumed because I ended up with a staple in my foot. The closet door was broke and the hair dryer didn't work.

The staff are the greatest! They are friendly and helpful and always make us feel welcome.

The breakfast was a bit below par this stay. There were no biscuits, they ran out of bagels, and they ran out of waffle batter. And this was Christmas Eve and there werent that many guests eating breakfast at around 8:30am.

There was a lot of dust. I mean very visible dust. Roach wings on the floor on the wall side of the bed so I know it had not been vacuumed in a while. The night help at the desk was more interested in her phone and cheese dip than helping anyone.

The staff when I arrived was wonderfully professional. I am not usually a fan of any of the Hilton hotels, but this one has started to change my mind. The breakfast that was provided was phenomenal. It was worth the stay just for that alone. This was by far the best complimentary continental breakfast I have ever had a hotel.

Parking was interesting to say the least. It was recommended that I park at a meter across the street as meters are free on nights and weekends.
