Fold out couch had dirty sheets and bed had mold on the mattress. Lights flickered. WiFi did not work , heat/air did not work properly. Blinds could not block out bright lights from outside the window. Parking lot was horrible . Outdoor access doors in the back would not open with the key.

Horrible experience, cockraches everywhere, on the second day I checked out (transferred to another hotel Four Points by Sheraton - free of cockroaches) and they promised a refund, and I would only have to pay 1 night but the management was not on duty and they would arrancge all by email. NOT: after several weeks and multiple emails, I did not get ANY refund or compensation. They usually do not respond te email and if they do it's days later and never user frienly, no they blame Booking.com, easy. I will Never Ever use Holiday Inn again; I'm DONE

Its pet friendly and the cost is low.
Negatives:
Leaks in the hall. The elevator has an awful smell. The bathroom light constantly flickers. The price paid does not match the quality of facility and room. My pillow has an obvious blood stain on it. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. The staff serving the breakfast was rude and shut off the drinks before 9:30. And furthermore it is far out from everything.
