My flight was diverted to Little Rock and this is the closest airport, so very convenient location and loved the having the shuttle so easily available at 10:30 at night! The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
To be honest, it’s just an older property and it’s just not that updated or clean. My bathroom wasn’t very clean. The bedding was fine. The AC in the room was very loud and woke me up several times during the night. There were no drinks and very few snacks available up front. The microwave in my room was very old and it wasn’t plugged in so I had to find the cord behind the tv and get it plugged in just to make some popcorn. My bathroom door got stuck at one point and I had to pry it open with a coat hanger. It just needs to be updated.

The location - brilliant, close to the airport with a free shuttle! Close to the freeway and the city.
The Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
Negatives:
The Breakfast.
I am a Coeliac and there was almost nothing available that was Gluten Free.
Whilst I realise that American Breakfasts tend to include 'Biscuits and Gravy', Waffles, French Toast, Bagels, Pancakes etc etc, I was extremely surprised to find that for an IHG Hotel in 2024, with the increasing amount of people with Gluten intolerance, that NONE of these included a GF option - not even GF Bread to toast.
The bacon was good, fresh fruit and yoghurt were GF but absolutely nothing else.
I am not complaining but wanting to highlight what is a serious need to be improved (and probably immediately).
For future reference....GF Bagels, GF Bread, GF Scones (Biscuits to Americans) even GF Pancakes are readily obtainable and can be stored in a freezer until required.
To not offer GF options in this economic climate seems to be financial suicide and a problem that I hope that the lovely Staff at Little Rock will remedy today.

I liked the big atrium area. See thru elevator. Two entrances.
Negatives:
Hall carpet looked a little worn. Room was fine. They have a breakfast at 6:00am. The staff gets there about 4:00 and they are very loud. A lot of shouting back and forth across the room and dropping metal trays. Then at 6 the meal starts and the crowd coming to eat are louder than the staff.
