The staff member working the day I arrived was barely paying attention and, when the back door lock wasn't working, blamed me for not swiping the card properly even though he had just said I was not the only person to report it having problems that night.
Location is acceptable but if you leave the property for anything (meal, etc.) it's hard to get back because it's on a one-way access road along the highway and you have to loop around extra far.

The lady that was working the breakfast was very helpful and kind. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean. The toiletries were good. The bed was comfortable. The television was good. Having a bathroom near the front desk is great and that bathroom has a toilet that is a decent height
Negatives:
The toilet is too short. It seemed like it was designed for toilet training toddlers. The breakfast was horrible. The sausage was anemic looking. The gravy was not reconstituted or made properly. It was grainy and runny like water certainly not like any gravy I've ever had. The juice machine was out of order there was no fruit or yogurt. The cereal selection was very poor and the cheapest option you can buy.
