Positives: Check in clerk went out of her way to be helpful! When a large group checked in on our floor for a concert, (she felt they might be excited/maybe a little loud when they came back) and she knew we had to be up early the next morning for a tournament, she called me, giving us the option to move to another floor that might be quieter. Because of that, we were able to get the sleep we needed, while the large group were able to have a good time going back and forth between rooms. :)
