There were ladybugs crawling on the walls and windows and the front lady said they had several complaints from other tenants which they should have checked it out prior to us moving in and she said they didnt have other rooms due to shortage on housekeeping. The shower was not clean. The lady at the front had terrible customer service and did not have a room ready due to us booking a day ahead and paying for it. We had to wait for a couple of hours. We traveled long hours and It was the worse visit. We would like to speak to a corporate manager.

The atmosphere was amazing. Front desk was exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast was included and also incredible or I was just very hungry, lol. Overall I'd give this stay an A+++
Negatives:
Elevator on my end of the building was not working. I wouldn't normally complain about this because my fat ass need all the exercise I can get, however having to carry my bowling bag with 3 balls in tow was more workout than I needed. Things happen that are sometimes out of your control so I don't blame the hotel for that.

The room was leaking from the vent in bathroom smelled bad called the front desk and reported it to the guy and he said he would move us once the manger got to work it didn’t happen and for the money I spent I should’ve been moved to another room and it didn’t happen.

I called the front desk about 8:30 to let them know that it was leaking in bathroom young man said when the boss come in they would put me in another room cause maintenance nor the manger comes in until 9:00 I called back to see what was going on no answer
