Toilet plugged up and they didn't have anyone to fix it or even a plunger in the hotel! What hotel doesn't even own a plunger?!!! Was told we could use the dirty bathroom next door some people just checked out of and hadn't been cleaned!!! I said no, then was told could use toilet in a new room and was given keys to it that didn't work! Wound up using public restroom on main floor! Now I see two $25 charges on my CC from them which make no sense. Breakfast was crummy too!
