Hair stuck in drain. Uncomfortable pull out couch. Mattress was very thin.

Location was alright.. I felt like it was safe enough.
Negatives:
Needed more parking. Also the drain in the shower was full of hair which caused the water to drain slow. Just didn’t seem very sanitary for my kids to bathe. The pull out couch mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Easy fix for more comfort. :)

We liked the location because its convenient. The Staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean.
Negatives:
The breakfast needs to be changed up by like sausage one day & bacon the next. Staying multiple days & eating the same thing gets old & the biscuits are very hard.

Overall, it’s a decent place...
Positives:
Location was good. Breakfast was good and person brought out more food as it got low. Someone tried to make waffle before waffle iron got hot and really made a mess. When we arrived, they were working on getting it cleaned up. Person at desk was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
We had two room and had to use the hide-a-beds in both rooms. The one in the King room was only like a twin and was not comfortable at all. The hide-a-bed in the double queen room was larger and was more comfortable than the one in the King room.
