I did not stay here. As a single women with a child it did not feel safe. I cancelled with Teresa. I never step foot in that unsafe environment and I was still charge. They refuse to give me money back! So if I was women this place is not safe for you or your family.

Well it was a place to stay over night. I wasn't attacked or mugged. So I guess it was OK

Getting to the hotel was great as it was just off the interstate. However, there is not an on-ramp near this location. It was a little confusing trying to get to the on ramp.
Rooms were clean, however, some one had doodooed in the toilet and left remnants of their deposit. Very disgusting. There was hair in the shower in various places.
There was a birthday party with a group of young kids. They were staying a few doors down. We were worried this was going to be a huge distraction and we wouldn't get any sleep. However, the group was pretty quiet and there were no problems. The halls were quiet.
Breakfast at 7 a.m. is not very handy for people who need to get up and get going early in the morning. 6:00 would be a much better start time for a lot of travelers. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Biscuits and pkged gravy was better than expected. Juice machine ran out of orange juice.

I accidentally booked the wrong night as we booked last second while traveling on the road. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the situation fixed for us. Breakfast was good. Overall it was a convenient, clean and friendly stay.

Someone spilled a drink in the elevator and my ten year old daughter mentioned it to the front desk clerk who was immediately rude and snappy and that’s never acceptable but especially with a child who’s just trying to do the right thing. I’ll never stay there again. Also, when I was taking stuff to my car as we were leaving several staff members were rude in their ways of communicating with me. One of the house keepers who didn’t speak a lick of English sat on her car for what must have been her 30 minutes lunch break and stared at me and my wife and kids for what seemed like forever. This is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this with a hotel. I definitely won’t stay here ever again.
