Every staff person had a sweet & welcoming attitude while meeting or exceeding our requests. Excellent service & I stay in hotels frequently!
Negatives:
The only minor issue I had was there were no washcloths. I made do with a hand towel. In the big scheme of things, this was a non-issue!!!

The 1st room we had it had a bad smell, we checked in at 2 am and was tired so we took a shower and went straight to bed but we got up notice dog shit all in the room when we complain they switched our room and when we got in the room it was shit in that room too! The house keeper just came and picked it up , didn’t try to do nothing else I had to go get her and asked her to come clean the room , I was there for my aunt 80th birthday party and I didn’t have time to switch hotels! So please don’t stay at this hotel and I want my money back!!!!!
