Positives:
The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean. Coffee was available in the lobby. The pillows in the room were amazingly comfortable and the HVAC worked well. The location felt safe. An Uber from the airport was about $13 and took about 10 minutes.
Negatives:
I wish the windows could have kept out more noise but it wasn't a problem for sleeping. There was a slight odor that could have been from the cleaning products used. Otherwise, no complaints.

Everything. Great service, very clean and cozy room. The man working the late night window went above and beyond to make everything work for us. Also we had a very late check in and they were happy to help us.
Negatives:
No elevator. Which being disabled is something I wish would have been listed.

The staff were very courteous and prompt. The room was very clean and spacious for a king bed non smoking. I had a mini fridge, tv, clean towels etc
Negatives:
I was told breakfast was just juice and coffee. For me that doesn’t constitute breakfast so that was disappointing. I went and grabbed breakfast elsewhere. The comforter may needed more cleaning. I spotted some random hair on it which made me question how thoroughly it was cleaned
Also, walls are pretty thin so I could hear my neighbors talking, (muffled sound), and I could also hear cars from highway.

The staff is always so nice and friendly , the room is always clean and smells nice. The location to the Simmons Bank Arena is great. Overall it is our favorite place to stay when in little rock .

The environment. This place is in the hood. There were two people outside smoking weed in the parking lot, homeless people everywhere. We were not going to walk around there after dark. Didn't expect that in Little Rock, AR but from what others have told us, that's not a great city.
