We were greeted by the nicest lady at the front desk. She was very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms were exceptionally clean; beds are the BEST; and for a bonus, my granddaughter was able to take a swim in the indoor pool in March. My family travelled up from Louisiana to shop and go to Monster Jam. Great Weekend!

I don't know that anything could have been better. I travel several times each year and run into problems quite often at motels. No problems here. It made for a great weekend.

Some maintenance issues exist. 1st room: key card failed to open lock. Toilet backed up on first use. Refrigerator unplugged, setting out from wall. Second room: night light in bath inoperable. Roller shade on window torn. TV remote required new batteries. Tub stopper was broken.
